P8 ISP

Terms of Service

Version 2026-09 · Effective 17 September 2026

These terms apply to the P8 ISP platform and to the account you create when you sign up. Please read them before accepting.

1. About the service

P8 ISP is a hosted platform for internet service providers. It provides tools for managing subscribers, plans, payments, network devices and related operations. We refer to the platform as “the service”, to the organisation that holds an account as “the operator”, and to the people the operator serves as “end customers”.

The service is provided as software. It does not supply internet connectivity, and it does not make us a party to the relationship between an operator and its end customers.

2. Account registration

Creating an account requires an email address you control. We send a verification code to that address and create nothing until it is confirmed. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.

The person who completes signup becomes the owner of the operator account and may invite additional users with their own roles and permissions.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity that takes place under your account. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it.

Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation. Changing a password signs out sessions that were issued under the previous one.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including subscriber records, plans, pricing and network configuration, and for holding any rights or permissions needed to process it.

4. Using the platform

You may use the service to run your own ISP operations. You are responsible for your relationship with your end customers, for the service you sell them, and for meeting any obligations you owe them.

Where the platform connects to equipment on your network, you are responsible for that equipment, for the access you grant, and for the configuration you apply through the platform.

5. Payments and third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party providers so that you can collect payments from your end customers and send messages to them. Those services are operated by the providers, under their own terms, and we do not control them.

When you connect a provider, you supply your own credentials and the resulting relationship is between you and that provider. Money collected from your end customers is settled to you by the provider, not by us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else do so;
  • access accounts, data or systems you have not been authorised to access;
  • interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the platform, or attempt to circumvent its access controls, rate limits or tenant boundaries;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
  • upload malicious code, or content you do not have the right to upload.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. The service is provided as it is at the time you use it, and we do not commit to a specific level of availability in these terms.

Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice.

8. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of the service.

Data you enter about your own end customers remains yours. We process it to operate the service for you, and we do not sell it.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or that puts the platform or other operators at risk.

Where circumstances allow, we will contact the account owner before suspending access.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms carry a version identifier, shown at the top of this page as version 2026-09. When we publish a new version, the identifier changes, and acceptance is recorded against the version that was displayed when an account was created.

We will give notice of material changes through the platform or by email to the account owner.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, and by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated.

13. Contact

A contact address for notices about these terms has not been configured for this deployment.
